Emma has reserved W3 large projection screen for us.
Might need second projector/screen (for Joanie, for example). Tarim thinks he can borrow a screen. What about 2nd projector?

Tables for PCs etc. Chair(s) for players.
Projector mount (ceiling?) or stand.
Network connection at Watershed - Preferably ethernet (
KISS) but could be WiFi.
Information for users - instructions, overviews (handouts? whiteboard?)

Emma's also trying to get 6 Ipaqs and some Mac laptops for us to borrow on the day
