====== Frankenstein's Face Lab ====== We are creating an Identikit system using video clips rather than static images. It will display a deliberately crude composite face built up out of slices from a number of faces. We're exploring different ways of compositing the face clips, to find a happy trade off between aesthetic and technical considerations. The system will have at least two components: - A Web-based UI that will allow a user to select which region of the face they wish to work on, and then to populate that region with one of the available face components - A Flash-based display system that will project the composite face on to a wall, screen or other surface ..which will be connected via a PTTP queuing framework. The UI component will **not** show the finished face, to emphasis the separate nature of these two systems. If time allows, we might add the ability to mix in a live video stream from a Webcam, to add local colour to the pool of facial components. Design and Coding by Richard.
